Quotations

This website does not take payments. Prices are given only in a written quotation from HT Insoles. A quotation states the products, quantities, rate per pair, any discount, payment terms and expected dispatch date.

Minimum order

The minimum order is 500 pairs. One piece means one pair of shoes or one pair of insoles.

Bulk discounts

• 500 to 999 pairs: standard wholesale rate.
• 1,000 pairs or more: 10% off.
• 5,000 pairs or more: 15% off.
• 10,000 pairs or more: 20% off.

Discounts are calculated on the total pairs in a single confirmed order and are shown on your quotation.

Samples

Samples are made to the specification agreed with you. Bulk production follows the approved sample.

Production and delivery

Dispatch dates on quotations are our best estimate and are confirmed when the order is placed. We will tell you promptly about any change.

Quality claims

Please inspect goods on arrival and report shortages, damage or defects within 7 days with photos. Approved claims are resolved by replacement, repair or credit.

Custom designs

Logos, artwork and designs you provide remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use any brand or design you ask us to produce.

Product photos on this website are for illustration. Final materials, colours and finish are as agreed in your quotation and sample.
