Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 500 pairs. One piece means one pair, whether it is shoes or insoles.
Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed freely within a style. Colours can be mixed too; very small colour runs may change the rate, which we tell you on the quotation.
Can I combine insoles and shoes in one order?
Yes. The total pairs across all products count towards your discount tier.
Do you sell single pairs or retail?
No. We only supply wholesale quantities from 500 pairs.
Pricing and payment
How do bulk discounts work?
1,000+ pairs get 10% off, 5,000+ pairs get 15% off and 10,000+ pairs get 20% off. 500 to 999 pairs are charged at the standard wholesale rate.
Why is there no price on the website?
Rates depend on material, branding and packing. Send a quote request and we give you an exact price per pair.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment on this website. Payment terms are agreed directly with you and written on your quotation.
Samples and production
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Samples are made to your specification, typically within 3 to 5 working days.
How long does bulk production take?
Typically 7 to 15 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity and style. Your exact date is given in writing.
Can you put my logo on the products?
Yes. We offer heel print, embossing, foil stamping, labels and printed boxes.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We dispatch by cargo or courier to all major cities and towns, with tracking.
Can I collect from Lahore?
Yes. Lahore buyers can collect from our office in Bismillah Center, Walled City.
How are orders packed?
Pairs are packed in polybags or boxes and cartons are labelled by style, colour and size.
