Why our insoles cost less
Low cost is built into how we work.
We buy foam, gel and top cloth in bulk, cut and press in-house and pack on the same floor. Fewer hands and fewer hand-offs means a lower price per pair and a shorter wait.
In-house cutting and pressing
Dies, presses and lamination run in our own unit, so there is no outside job work to pay for or wait on.
Materials bought in bulk
Foam sheets, gel and fabrics are bought by the roll, and that saving goes into your rate.
Fast turnaround
Production is booked the day you confirm. You get your dispatch date in writing.
